Abstract
Given article is devoted the review of structure of a national economy of region, as open economic system, with research of scientific questions in the field of construction of the mechanism of interaction of subjects and objects of management of the named economic system. In article the short analysis of development of regional economy according to the new political and economic relations connected with the facts of the further globalisation, integration into the international division of labour, WTO expansions, including new membership of Russia is carried out, principles of construction of a control system by development of economy of region, in particular developments of enterprise relations are defined.
