Abstract
This article discusses the problem of assessing modern company specialists.. Evaluation of specialists is an important process, without which you can not do at present. There are various methods of assessment, but it is often ignored by the application, as it costs more as many employers. Nevertheless, there is a need to assess the staff as one of the methods – the introduction of the model score-rated.

Весьма интересная статья. Хочется отметить, что некоторые отрицательные явления, связанные с проведением балльно-рейтинговой оценки (такие, как возможная субъективность оценки, нарушение процедуры оценки, увеличение затрат времени сотрудников на проведение оценки) можно свести к минимуму. Помочь в этом могут специализированные компьютерные программы, предназначенные для проведения рейтинговой оценки, например, конфигурация “Рейтинговая оценка” для платформы “1С:Предприятие”.
