Abstract
The article deals with the process of establishing of the small credit funds network in theVyatkaprovince in the early XX century. Their existence turned out to be short, but these half-governmental institutions were able to unite all types of provincial cooperative work and, mainly, credit cooperation. The author gives special attention to the structure and basic counters of the chiefVyatkalocal small credit fund.
