Abstract
The article concerns the organization of 82-th recruitment of 1812 year in the Vyatka province. Additional recruitment was caused by the necessity of giving fresh forces to the regular army and accumulating reserves in the threshold of forthcoming war with Napoleonic France. The payers, as during previous recruitments, supplied recruits with clothes and provisions, money for transport and salary. Besides, this time the Vyatka province had to provide uniform and material resources for the Second Reserve Vladimir infantry regiment, which consisted from 1 881 Vyatka inhabitants.
