Abstract
For testers and researchers, it is important that the test was measuring instrument accurately reflects the latent parameter analyzed. Test as a measuring tool - a system of tests uniformly increasing difficulty. But in real practical situations test tasks are distributed unevenly, which may adversely affect the accuracy of measurement. In an article in the framework of simulation reproducing various practical situations, we investigate the influence of uneven distribution of tests on the measurement accuracy of latent parameters in social systems.
