Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of semantic structure of a verb as a result of multilevel analysis to to unveil an attitude of a human to different things of objective reality. For such an analysis we choose one-stem and derivative verbs. Prefix provides additional information about reasons and circumstances for acquisition. Lexical level shows the presence of actants in lexical meaning of a word. As a result of the analysis all verbs can be divided into benefactive, benefactive-privative, and benefactive-benefactive.
