Abstract
This article is sanctified to the analysis of management by a national debt. Undertaken a study allows to assert that in modern terms a national debt, as a result of state credit, is the organic constituent of the financial systems of swinging majority of the world countries. Special value of the use state borrowing acquires in countries with a transitional economy, that in the conditions of transformation transformations especially sharply feel the shortage of financial resources.
