Abstract
Value defining for functioning and development of the economic mechanism of national innovative system of objective economic and organizational laws is considered. The originality of their realization in modern economic system of Russia is shown. The main reasons for inefficient manifestation of the mechanism of action of laws of rather innovative system are analyzed. The conclusion that only the full accounting of features of work of objective organizational economic laws will help to overcome modern imitating character of national innovative system of the country is drawn.
