COMBINED TREATMENT OF ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION WITH LISINOPRIL AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE

Abstract
The reason of our investigation represented to assess the results of combined treatment arterial hypertension III stage (ESH-ESC), risk 4 with lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide. 46 patients were investigated in the medical centre. After 1 year treatment systolic and diastolic arterial pressure were decreased according with 50,5 mm.Hg and 19,9 mm.Hg. Central and intracardial hemodynamic significantly improved and hypertrophic regression were noted.
