Abstract
The article is dedicated to the development approaches to the formation of the methods system of transparency for the assessment quality of higher education. Legal accreditation documents of Russia, Kazakhstan, the Ukraine, and of the European standards ENQA are analyzed. Proposals and conclusions are supposed to be transferred to the working group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the State inspection of educational institutions of Ukraine, considering issues of education quality assessment.
