Abstract
The article discusses the necessity of researches for maintenance of effective work of services of the psychological help of higher educational institutions. The understanding has been formed in the domestic higher school that the high school should generate at the graduate the competences that will allow him to be guided independently in a wide spectrum of subject domains, to be the professional and the active participant of a civil society, services of the psychological help of high schools can render the big help in it. Working out of complex model of effective service of the psychological help of the Russian high school, realization of research projects providing this model are necessary.
