Abstract
In article the main contract forms of the state-private partnership (SPP), in particular such perspective the GChP form, as the contracts of life cycle (CLC) are considered. It is a question that KZhTs have to become one of effective mechanisms of an expenditure of the budgetary funds providing a sustainable development of road economy.
