Abstract
This article summarizes the results of compilation problems in the field of labour law violations. The study is based on official data of The Federal service for labor and employment. Statistical data processing was performed with the help of a computer program The results of the analysis and recommendations can be used when developing measures aimed at motivating employers to respect the rights of employees.
