Abstract
Research of legislation about deals is important to appraise participant’s Russian civil circulation risks. This article is devoted to analysis of change the Civil Code of the Russian Federation about common approach to invalid deal, division deals to an insignificant deal and a disputable deal. Changes coming into force since 1st September 2013 radically varies present legislation. The authors suggest it’ll have negative consequences for civil circulation.
