Abstract
In the becoming а professionalism of changes exposed all levels of man - as a biological organism, as a person, as a subject of activity and as a creative individuality. The article focuses on the problems of development of the person of professional. The factors of becoming of professionalism – the formation psychic models of of professional work and professional self-awareness. The most important resource of progressive professional development of the individual – the moral and ethical value, accepted by society.
