Abstract
This article provides an overview of conditions influence the level of support of small business on a profitable component of local budgets. Through the development of small businesses and optimize its tax system, there is a direct opportunity to increase revenue of the municipality. State local authorities should create conditions for the development of small businesses, which is a prerequisite to increase tax revenues to the local budget.
