Abstract
This article describes one of the most pressing issues at the moment - the problem of unemployment and its dynamics in Russia. After all, unemployment leads to dissipation of disparate scales in the labor force - the main productive forces of the country to a substantial reduction in potential GDP and national income, entails significant public expenditure on payment of unemployment benefits, retraining and employment of the unemployed.
