Abstract
Old Saratov remains less and less, and together with it identity and originality, warmth and a home cosiness leaves. The architecture of old Saratov reflected in itself sociocultural and cultural wealth, bore certain symbols, stored values. In this article sociocultural memory of traditions and symbols of some architectural structures is shown. The text of the report is based on the guide "Saratov which isn't present", let out in 2011. In production of the guide participated: E.K.Maksimov, A.E.Mushta, L.G.Tarasova, A.Yu.Kashanin, A.V.Kashanina, S. V. Lazarev.
