NEW EQUATION OF THE RELATIVISTIC QUANTUM MECHANICS

Abstract
This paper analyzes analytical solution of the stationary Klein-Gordon equation for the hydrogen atom and hydrogen-like ions (isoelectronic sequence of hydrogen). It is concluded that the solutions of the Klein-Gordon equation deviate significantly from the experimental values with increasing nuclear charge Z. Conclusions are based on a comparison of the binding energy of hydrogen ions produced in the analytical solution with the corresponding experimental values.
We propose new relativistic equation which can describes more adequately the hydrogen atom and hydrogen isoelectronic series.
