Abstract
This article is devoted to a problem of a historiography of terror in Russia. Problem of so typological reconsideration for history of the people of the phenomenon as civil war and mass terror permanently accompanying it caused occurring teoretiko-methodological changes in modern historical knowledge. The structure of the presented qualification work allows to concentrate attention to interdependence of theoretical ideas and real practice of terror in the years of civil war on Kuban. Such approach is capable to clear a theoretical basis of revolutionary terrorism, characteristic features and features of its manifestation at the all-Russian and regional levels.
