Abstract
This article is devoted to judgment of a problem of terror. As the terrorism which has become one of disasters of mankind in the last third of the twentieth century, and for quite some time now overflowed and our country, forces to glance once again in that universal mirror which the history is. The history, as we know, has property will repeat: in a case with terrorism it repeats as the tragedy. For this reason the increasing importance is gained by judgment of sources of this difficult, multidimensional phenomenon, social experience of its overcoming. In this sense the history of our country has the unique, gained experience of development of the theory and practice of revolutionary terror.
