Abstract
Priorities for the development of human and service capital for maintenance of innovation infrastructure in mono- producing areas, company towns require special campaign to the organization of social space of the metropolis. The article shows that the transfer of knowledge and life experience of older generations tо youngers will be facilitated by the organization of multipurpose social spaces created in addition to the existing institutions of social and economic security.
