Abstract
This paper examines situations when a certain project is not executed according to its plan. The project can be expedited as well as delayed. In the first case a reward arises and a penalty arises in the second. The reader's attention is focused on how to distribute these rewards and penalties amongst the activities that resulted to the expedition or delay. The application of the apparatus of cooperative game theory in distributing the rewards and penalties allows us, as it turns out, to influence the project duration.
