Abstract
The traditional budgeting lends itself to criticism, but any criticism is acceptable when has the best solution to the problem. The authors of the book «Beyond Budgeting» Jeremy Hope and Robin Fraser suggested option of adapting management processes to the environment to replace the classic budgeting. The disadvantages of the budget process in its traditional form are: rigid adherence to deadlines and the need to prepare the required results at any cost, and managers get a percentage of the plan.
