Abstract
The paper presents the main results of experimental implementation of blended learning technologies in educational process of studying English by first-year students of National Research University Higher School of Economics. Blended learning – combining online and face-to-face teaching – allows to use high educational potential of the Internet technologies and realise modern concepts of teaching as Web resources are widely-spread, easy to use, give opportunities for socialization, joint activities and control.
