CLASSICAL MECHANICS AND THE THEORY OF RELATIVITY

AbstractThe article studies the logical consistency of Einstein's theory of relativity through the analysis of the space-time continuum described in this theory as an example of some of its paradoxes. The article demonstrates the invariance of electrodynamics equations relative to Galilean transformations, and describes some of the properties of the relativistic electron's synchrotron radiation from the standpoint of classical mechanics as compared to that of the theory of relativity.
