Abstract
This paper focuses on developing a method of filling the rule base adaptive fuzzy controller, using a priori information obtained from experts or using the rules of non-adaptive fuzzy controller. The resulting rule base, can significantly reduce the time to adapt the controller and improve its quality closed-loop control.
