Abstract
This article is devoted to a problem of formation of professional competence of the educational manager. The set of competences which the expert in the field of educational management has to possess is given and indicated the need and efficiency of introduction in process of training of the training technologies being both a subject of studying and means of achievement of the purpose of training.
