Abstract
This article reviews the characteristics of the oil and gas industry in Russia at the present stage, the estimated position of the company "Lukoil" in the Russian oil and gas industry, the analysis of the financial condition of the company and a comparative analysis of the key financial indicators of the largest Russian oil company. The study suggests that the company OAO "LUKOIL" is an effective economic policy and major economic indicators among the largest Russian companies inferior state of the company.
