Abstract
This article is devoted to the review of conditions and factors of development of the enterprises of agriculture in the new competitive environment of the WTO. The Russian enterprises of agricultural complex in order to survive in the competitive struggle is in need of qualitative support of the state which consists of the financial state expenditures for the program that are not directly affecting the increase in the production of or trade terms. Enterprises should increase the labour productivity, improve the state of the labor resources, to move to new modern technologies of production, completely rethink their development strategies.
