Abstract
In the article examined common positions of essence and tendency of the political system of society of RК. The authorial concept of the political system is given in constitutionally-legal interpretation, and as the constitutionally envisaged unity of interactive inter se norms, ideas and based on them political institutes and actions, organizing political power, providing intercommunication citizens of the state.
