Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the features of thyroid stimulating hormone concentrations and thyroid hormones in the blood of rats with experimental hypothyroidism before and after injection of the choline ester of N-(4-brombenzoyl)-α,β-dehydrophenylalanyn. Studies have shown that twelve-month rats with hypothyroidism a sharp increase solution of thyroid stimulating hormone level and a sharp drop in the level of thyroid hormones in the blood. The action of choline ester of N-(4-brombenzoyl)-α,β-dehydrophenylalanyn.in the blood of rats is a decrease in the concentration of thyroid stimulating hormone and thyroid hormones levels rise and reached their values in intact animals.
