Abstract
It is founded that foliar treatment with liquid nitrogen fertilizer increases the yield of electrolytes from the leaf cut of winter wheat varieties Podolyanka and Smuglyanka, as well as a decrease in the optical density of the extracts vysechek, which is a testament to enhance the stability of plant tissue due to sheet processing. We propose to use the change in the electrical and optical density of the extracts of leaves as a method of express determination of response of crops to fertilizers.
