Abstract
This article analyzes the current state of fisheries Russia and the Kaliningrad region in particular, statistical data on the financial status and condition of the fixed assets of enterprises and their investment policies, identifies the main economic and legal problems of the industry and suggests ways of overcoming them. Particular attention is paid to the issue of depreciation of fixed assets of the fishing industry.
