Abstract
The article provides: information flow diagram of the university, the system of university management, information model of the process of information security management and administration of the university system, the distinctive feature of which is to provide active information to support decision-making at all levels. This information model that includes five information-analytical contours. It provides, on the one hand, the source, on the other - with the creative process generated control output.
