Abstract
In article the necessary mechanism is offered, allowing to solve a problem of stabilization and to create conditions for achievement of steady growth of the hi-tech industrial enterprise. The basic tool of achievement and maintenance of is steady-equilibrium development of the enterprise is the technology of management by results which reveals enterprise reserves, actively includes in process innovative potential.
