This paper studies the possibility of using film-ceramic composites based on functional ceramics to increase the efficiency of silicon solar photovoltaic devices (AF). It is shown that the conversion efficiency of the visible part of the spectrum of solar radiation can be increased by 25 percent or more, both due to the conversion of short-wavelength spectral range at maximum sensitivity, and by lowering the temperature of the silicon solar photovoltaic devices
