Abstract
The purpose of this article, the author sees in determining the location of the History of political and legal doctrines in the system of jurisprudence. It will be a very brief outline, for the study of the formation there is huge scope of this article certainly is not enough to cover everything. Perhaps many of the issues raised by the author of this article does not find its reflection, but they serve as a breeding ground for future research. In order to achieve the goals the author must answer a series of questions: the concept IPPU, what is its relationship to other jurisprudence that allows the study of this discipline.
