Abstract
Absence of reliable approaches to forecasting of survival rate sick of a cancer generates necessity of search of the new methods allowing to the doctor objectively to approach to this question. The technique of the one-stage presurgical diagnosis and the forecast of a timely choice of the most adequate medical actions and their success depending on localization of tumoral process and degree of its weight is developed.
