Abstract
The article discusses cross-sector social partnership as a promising technology to optimize social activities municipal authorities by pooling resources of business, government and public organizations. The experience of foreign and domestic researchers related to this article and put forward strategic judgment about the need to implement cross-sectoral social partnership as a promising technology for social municipal level of government.
