Abstract
Relevance of the topic is clear: become in recent years, public information about the activities of the defense plants during the war needs a comprehensive analysis; Unresolved issues that are present in the study of regional surround cities are not always associated with objective and comprehensive analysis of the specific Russian validity period of WWII. It is a comprehensive study of the rear of the city, on the example of Chapaevsk, will make only a small fraction of an objective understanding of the importance of the heroic and tragic pages in the frontline of the war zones.
