WHY IS A STRATEGY OF HR-BRANDING NON-POPULAR IN RUSSIA

Abstract
Currently, the role of manager in the field of personnel management greatly expanded and should be treated much wider than normal recruitment and staff management of internal processes of the organization. One of the new functions of the HR manager is the development and implementation of HR-branding strategy - the company's image as a good place of work in the eyes of all stakeholders.
This study analyzed the nature of HR-branding strategy, the stages of it implementation and the reasons of its non- popularity among Russian organizations.
