Abstract
In this article, a draft of measures are developed, which are aimed to suggest innovation in various types of catering. Theme urgency caused by the fact that in modern conditions innovation is an essential element of increasing competitiveness and efficiency of the catering. The object of study of this article - the different types of public catering. It should examine how the organization of innovation activities in enterprises affects their activity.
Subject of research - innovation activities in the restaurant business. It is necessary to consider the impact of proper management of innovative activity at the enterprises of food in general. The aim of article is to develop measures for the establishment and implementation of the own mobile applications in day-to-day activities of restaurants and pizzerias. As practice shows, to resolve all issues related to the creation of a mobile application takes about three months. With the mobile application, owners of cafes and pizzerias can send each visitor a variety of proposals, based on their preferences. The cost of this innovative project will depend on the features of mobile applications and the cost of its advertising and promotion.The idea of business is that the proposed introduction of innovative technologies will significantly expand the target audience and increase the competitive advantage of enterprises.
