Abstract
This article discusses the principle of the link layer information transmission system. There are several algorithms for random access to the communication channel. This article discusses one of them - unstable random access algorithm. We consider the timing diagram of the communication channel with an unstable algorithm random access. Established and the algorithm of the simulation model, which is realized by the method of non-permanent random access algorithm.
