Аннотация
Использование информационных технологий в обучении имеет высокую степень важности в образовании. Постоянный рост уровня технологий в компьютерной индустрии влечет за собой увеличение потенциала для образовательных целей, что, в свою очередь, внедряется и используется на практике.

Modern society is characterized by strong influence on it computer technologies, which have managed to penetrate virtually all spheres of human activity. An integral part of it is the computerization of education. Today there is an active formation of a new system of education, which is focused on occurrence in world information – educational space. Modern research has shown that there is a significant difference in the knowledge of people, trainees with computer and people, a learning process which took place without the presence of the “wonderful machines”. Information technology should be no addition to the training, as an integral part of the entire educational process, significantly increasing efficiency.

Over the past few years, the number of people who can use a computer has increased about 15 times. However, it is established that, basically, the computer is used for games and entertainment. Thus, for the solution of educational tasks, the computer is underutilized.

Goals, objectives, materials and methods

Computerization of education is among the major innovations who have come to educational institutions in the last few decades. The capabilities of the computer to form the desire to learn, help to identify the ability of the student. On the stages of the lesson when learning the impact and control is passed to the computer, the teacher gets the opportunity to observe, fix display of such qualities in students, as awareness of the search target, active reproduction of previously studied knowledge and interest in replenishing the lacking knowledge of ready sources independent search. Supply to test educational actions (through assignments or computer programs), providing analysis of the causes of errors help to gradually teach students self-control and self-correction, that should be present in each lesson. The introduction of information technologies in education allows teachers to qualitatively change the content, methods and forms of education. The goal of these technologies in education is: improving the quality of education, increase of activity of trainees to cognitive activity, optimization of search of the necessary information, the development of thinking, development of skills and various software products. It is also necessary that computer education was agreed with the curriculum. Computer-based training program has declared itself immediately during the emergence of the personal computer, but in spite of this, they started to gain recognition only in the last few years. The most broad concept, applicable to all training programs, textbooks and other computer products is a software tool for educational purposes. Software training assignments have several purposes: the control and error diagnosis, facilitation of the educational process, presentation of educational information in a convenient and interesting form for the learner. Consider in more detail the software tools for educational purposes, the most widely used in the field of education [1-2].

The training program is a training manual which is intended for independent work of the student. Training programs allow you to control their learning activities, and the ability to increase the activity of the learner. These programs must be linked with the curriculum, to suit her requirements. Most often these programs are used for visualization of the educational process, independent work, use as a reference and as a means of helping to expand the horizons of students. The most popular training programs are various courses in foreign languages and various multimedia encyclopedia.

Electronic textbook is a learning system, which contains didactic and methodological reference materials in various academic disciplines. Electronic textbook suitable for both self-and traditional training. It is full of content is quite informative and provides a convenient view of the user interface, able to attract the attention of the student. This kind of textbook can be an excellent companion for self study students and for teachers in training. One of the most obvious advantages of the electronic textbook is the presentation of information in the form of hypertext, i.e. the training material has links to other parts of the material. Multimedia – one of the advantages of the electronic textbook. The use of sound files, videos, graphics, animations, and other types of information that can greatly help to improve the quality of learning, focus student. Another advantage of this textbook is the control system of the studied material. The student is able to assess their own knowledge on the studied material, using a variety of tests or tests and to analyze the mistakes made. Unlike the printing of textbooks, electronic have a clear structure of the presented information and convenient representation in the form of various lists and chapters with brief and succinct headlines [3].

The Internet is a worldwide system of computer networks United for storing and transmitting information. The creation of the Internet has shown people a whole new way to communicate and transfer information anywhere in the world. The advantage of the Internet is the use of unique resources. With this network you can easily translate text from a foreign language using an online translator, to carry out a chemical virtual experience, view interesting training videos. One of the advantages of the Internet is the development of motivation and encouragement of potential students. For example, the publication of the best essays, research papers, essays, reports on the vast global network. However, despite the many positive aspects of the Internet, there is the reverse side of the coin. Today find need a report or some other educational material via the Internet will not be difficult.

Distance education – the interaction of teachers and students among themselves at a distance, which reflects all of the components inherent in the ordinary process of learning. Distance education provides equal educational opportunities for all people. Advantage of distance education is freedom of choice of place, time, and speed of the educational process. Through this type of education, you can enroll in a foreign UNIVERSITY and obtain the diploma which will be valued in the world market. Obstacle to the development of distance education is the low awareness of people about a similar system. But, despite this, distance education is gaining popularity. It is believed that in the near future about 40-50% of people will be trained remotely [4].

Findings, conclusions

Penetration into the education of information technology makes looking at the learning process as an information process in which the students receive information, its processing and use. Therefore, the Informatization of education should be considered not just as the use of computer and other electronic learning tools, but as a new approach to the organization of the educational process. Thanks to modern information technology, such as email, Skype communication between the teacher and students can be distributed in space and in time. For example, teacher and learner can communicate being in different countries, at a convenient time for them. Such a dialogue may be extended in time – the question can be asked today and the answer is obtained after some time. With such means, it becomes possible to exchange information (tasks for self-test questions, test papers) that allows trainees and teachers to analyze received messages and to answer them at a convenient time. The main focus in the Informatization of education should be the transition from the development of skills with computers and software products for meaningful learning the correct formation, the correct selection and use of educational electronic books, training programs, encyclopedias and resources. The modern teacher must not only possess knowledge in the field of information technology, but also to be a competent specialist in the application of new technologies in their professional activities in an educational institution. Modern information technology with computer modeling greatly increased the visibility of learning in many disciplines the opportunity to pursue and study various chemical and physical experiments that cannot be conducted in standard conditions, can now be viewed online translation from different zoos of the world or dissect a virtual frog [1-3].

Conclusion

Thus, the Informatization of education leads to a change in the essential aspects of the learning process. Changes the activity of the teacher and the learner. The student can operate a large variety of information, process it, has the ability to simulate the processes. The teacher is also relieved from routine and an opportunity to analyze the learning process, to track the development of the student. However, it should be noted that the majority of teachers are not ready to transition from traditional teaching methods to the use of information technologies in the educational process. Computers is mainly used as an auxiliary teaching tool. The use of information technology contributes to the improvement of educational activities that expand the boundaries of the learning process, increase of efficiency of independent work of students. The introduction of information technologies in educational process helps to prepare qualified specialists in the development and application of technologies and means of Informatization of education. In addition to the basic educational functions, computer technology help to develop the creative skills of the student, as well as to expand his horizons. In addition to the core subjects, the user can obtain additional education, for example, to start learning any foreign language through online courses, simulators, and through correspondence with a native speaker in a social network. Moreover, to obtain the desired knowledge, regardless of age and place of residence. Today the world wide web and various software products abound in its range. It is possible to study design courses, to learn programming and basics of jurisprudence, from the comfort of home. Thanks to modern information technology fully implemented the idea of continuous education. Information technology increase the motivation of people to teach, conducting various research works, experiments, innovation projects and articles. I believe that in our XXI century of computers, application of information technology in education is a necessity, able to prepare pupils for life and work in the modern information society.
