FORECASTING THE NEEDS OF THE ECONOMY IN LABOR RESOURCES IN THE PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION SECTION: A REVIEW OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The world economic faces with the increasing speed of global changes, especially technological. That is why government should change the policy on the labor market and develop tools that could impact match skills demand and supply. One of such tools is forecasting models that allow to determine the skills needs of the economy. Using appropriate strategies formal institutes can influence and change skills demand and supply. This article summarizes foreign approaches to labor market forecasting, as well as a number of other strategies that ensure the regulation of the labor market in the medium and long term.
