Abstract
In article it is carried studying of such term as "competition" out. On the basis of the created concept was made the comparative analysis of two main representatives of world networks of a fast food – KFC and McDonald’s. Such factors as the kitchen, registration, persons representing the company in advertizing, an arrangement of fast-food establishments in Rostov-on-Don were estimated.
