Abstract
This article is devoted to studying the theoretical aspect of scientific understanding of the meaning of the term "gas supply contract". The study was conducted using examples from judicial practice has found that there is a diversity of normative legal acts in the sphere of gas supply, which requires clearer legislative delineation of the contractual relationship for electricity supply and contracts for the supply of gas.
