Abstract
Uncertainty, being one of the most important characteristics of the modern environment, exerts huge impact on management of social and economic systems, in particular, on management of human resources. Effective management of human resources has to have innovative character that is shown in ability to resist to negative impact of uncertainty. In article the concept of uncertainty is opened, need of studying of management of uncertainty as one of functions of control systems of human resources is proved, the characteristic of realization of this function in the modern companies is given.
