Abstract
The study of neural organization and mental functions, which are related to it, is the main branch of the study of fundamental neurosciences, such as neuroscience, neuroinformatics, neuropsychology. In order for it to successfully develop, constantly improve its knowledge in the field of laboratory research, as well as in real life. The development of neurotechnologies on the basis of available data allows solving serious problems in the field of combating neurological and mental diseases. If the damaged elements of the brain (people who have suffered a stroke or traumatic tissue damage), there is another need - the replacement of nervous tissue. For the rehabilitation of such patients, they develop neuroengineering in their creativity through their modeling, design and synthesis. In this section, technologies of activity registration that allow to study and study the characteristics of a person's cognitive function at the cellular level and cause-effect relationships of the studied relationships are considered. The most advanced neurotechnologies for managing brain functions allow us to bring to the next level the therapy of neurodegenerative diseases and the development of interfaces between human interaction and the environment.
